These terms govern the use of the SearchYield website and publisher dashboard. Monetization itself is governed by the publisher agreement you sign when approved.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you represent. Accounts are for businesses and professional publishers.
Applications
Submitting an application does not create a partnership. We review each application and may decline without giving a reason. Approved publishers receive a separate publisher agreement with commercial terms.
Acceptable traffic
Traffic must comply with the policies of the relevant search provider and with our compliance requirements. Incentivised, automated, misleading or otherwise non-compliant traffic may lead to withheld revenue and termination.
Accounts
Keep your credentials safe and tell us immediately about unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Reporting and payment
Reporting is provided as received from providers and may be adjusted for invalid traffic. Payment terms, revenue share and minimums are set in your publisher agreement.
Intellectual property
The website, dashboard, integrations and documentation belong to SearchYield FZE or its licensors. You may use them only to work with us as a publisher.
Liability
The services are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or provider decisions outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
