This policy explains what personal data SearchYield (operated by SearchYield FZE, Dubai, UAE) collects on this website and in the publisher dashboard, why we collect it and how we protect it.
Data we collect
When you apply or contact us: your name, email address, company, website and the details you provide. When you use the dashboard: account details, login activity and the reporting data linked to your tags. On this website: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To review applications, operate your publisher account, provide reporting, pay you, communicate about your account, meet legal and provider obligations and keep our services secure. We do not sell personal data.
Search traffic data
Search queries and clicks from your users are processed by the search providers under their own policies. We receive aggregated statistics (searches, clicks, revenue by tag, country and day) and do not receive personal data about your users.
Sharing
We share data with search providers as required to operate feeds, with payment providers to pay you, and with service providers (hosting, email, database) under contracts that protect your data. We disclose data when the law requires it.
Retention
Application and account data is kept while your account is active and for the period required by accounting and tax law afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to privacy@searchyield.net.
